However, since no evidence of perpetration could be derived from the book, the relevant preliminary proceedings had to be finally closed after ten years due to the occurrence of the statute of limitations according to section 78 of the Criminal Code.After the expiry of the statute of limitations, MOSES & TAPS are now clearing the air with the bookTOPSPRAYER EXPIRED, MOSES & TAPS now comprehensively admit all accusations of the proceedings in words and pictures. Furthermore, the suspects supplement the accusations with previously unknown photographs and descriptions of the crimes. In addition, several hundred previously unknown graffiti crimes are documented, especially from the years 2011 and 2012."
